About the Job:

Join Inn-Flow as a Business Analyst/Associate Product Owner, where you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming business goals into actionable product initiatives. This entry-level position will have you partnering closely with the Product Manager where you’ll manage the product backlog and oversee the development lifecycle. You will ensure high-quality delivery of features that drive customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

This role requires an understanding of the product/development lifecycle, previous collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a problem-solving mindset. You’ll work at the intersection of business strategy and execution, bridging the gap to deliver impactful solutions aligned with market trends and company objectives.

 

What You Will Do: 

  • Assist in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and meet customer needs. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring new products to market. 
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation. 
  • Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. 
  • Define product requirements and prioritize features, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term goals. 
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product offerings. 
  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve product outcomes. 
  • Communicate product vision and strategy across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. 

 

What You Need: 

  • 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in a B2B SaaS company. 
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management and user-centered design principles. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. 
  • Great collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively. 
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tasks efficiently, balancing immediate needs with future goals. 
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $65,000 – $75,000, based on experience and qualifications.
